Q: What are "oven dried" pods, and powder? Doesn't everyone sell these?
A: No, none of other on-line stores even offer these! Oven dried products are fresh harvested chilies, then immediately dried.
Q: What do the other on-line retailers sell? Are they smoked?
A: All they sell is "smoked" Though many do not tell you right up front.
Q: What do you mean by " that your products are processed in a sanitary environment"?
A: Peppers are cleaned, washed, and handled, at a supervised facility, and follow measures to ensure no cross-contamination, and using only clean water. NOT all peppers are handled in this manner, hence the lower grade, and associated cost.
Q: Do your pods have seeds? Will the seeds grow?
A: The pods have seeds. However, we make/express no claims that they do, or will grow. Our products are for consumption only.
Q: Do you sell fresh chilis?
A: No, we do not. We import direct from India and fresh would not survive during transit time. Our products are dried pods or powder form only.
Q: Doesn't everyone on-line import them direct from India?
A: No, they have someone else import for them. Then, they buy from them. We are a DISTRIBUTOR, and and buy directly from India. There are very few distributors in the U.S. that sell directly to the customer on-line.
Q: Where are you guys located?
A: We are located in San Antonio, TX. USA
Q: Do you have a storefront we can visit if we are in San Antonio?
A: No, we do not. All transactions are done on-line only! We are a on-line retail/wholesale company and are not open to the public.

A: No, you cannot. For your protection, and to safeguard your personal info, we do not take phone orders and take credit cards over the phone
