Bhut Jolokia
Bhut Jolokia also known as Naga Jolokia, Ghost Chile, Ghost Pepper or Ghost Chili Pepper, is the hottest chile pepper in the world. Bhut Jolokia is over 1,000,000 on the Scoville Scale. It is an extremely hot chile pepper.
Please use extreme caution while ingesting or handling Ghost Peppers. Always thoroughly wash your hands after handling. Do not touch or rub your eyes after handling the Bhut Jolokia chile pepper, (or any other part of your body).
