We bring you Bhut Jolokia Chile peppers (Ghost Peppers) from San Antonio, Texas. After watching an episode on TV where the Four Horsemen burger was eaten in San Antonio, TX, we realized we had to try the Ghost Chiles! And that's how it started. Once we tasted the extreme heat of this, one of the world's hottest chile peppers, we wanted to share it with other "chileheads". It has to be tasted to believe how hot it is. Cooking with it will become an art of balancing heat and flavor. Bhut Jolokia chile peppers will bring that extra touch of heat to almost anything.
We recently made some BBQ sauce and WOW! was it hot! Mark loved the flavor and heat, but I found it a trife warm!
