These are Smoked bhut jolokia peppers imported directly from Assam, India. They have no additives, preservatives and are processed in a "sanitary" enviroment. These are 100% all natural, and non-irradiated. They have also been tested, and free of Sudan Dyes and Aflatoxins! Dried bhut jolokia peppers are available in pod, powder and flake form and are available in a variety of sizes.
These flakes are ground up dried bhut jolokia pods. They are coarse ground, and not fine like a powder.
