These are oven dried bhut jolokia peppers imported directly from Assam, India.   They have no additives, preservatives and are processed in a "sanitary" enviroment.  These are 100% all natural, and non-irradiated. They have also been tested, and free of Sudan Dyes and Aflatoxins!  Dried bhut jolokia peppers are available in pod and powder form and are available in a variety of sizes.

The ghost peppers are oven dried and then ground to a fine consistency to create this bhut jolokia powder.
