One is a pod, which is either an oven-dried Bhut Jolokia chile pepper that is fresh harvested, then dried to help maintain that fresh chile flavor. The dried bhut jolokia pod usually has a stem, and is the whole chile pepper. The other bhut jolokia pod form is chipotle, or smoked, providing a subtle smoky flavor.
